Joanne Fulton Lauer is a lifelong artist who works in oils, watercolors and multimedia. Born in Marietta, Ohio, she raised four children with her husband Josef. Her art career took off in earnest when the family moved to Central Virginia, where she exhibited and sold her work at numerous art shows and was represented by the Pheasant’s Eye Gallery. Joanne has served as president of the Lynchburg Art Club, chair of the Lynchburg Art Festival, and a member of the Virginia Watercolor Society. She now lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she continues to paint and help her children and grandchildren develop their own artistic talents.
